Thank you for your interest in my artistry. My paintings are created on location from direct observation. It is rare that I use a camera. I start them at the scene and then complete the final brush strokes in my studio. I am blessed to be able to travel and vist state and national parks. Many of these paintings are a source of inspiration for larger works and for my lighting and glass works. Like the impressionists I sometimes re visit the locations . I am motivated by wilderness scenes and look forward to the change of seasons. I try to create a fleeting moment . These paintings are perfect for collections and are small sizes . Some of my patrons have the four seasons for a collection. I have some great frame options and would be happy to help you choose.
